Selling platforms and fees

Set each platform's fee rate so Hermes can estimate fees on your sales.

Settings, Selling platforms tab, listing eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Local / cash with fee rates

A platform is anywhere you sell: eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, a booth, or cash in person. New accounts start with:

  1. Go to Settings → Selling platforms.
  2. Change a platform's Fee % and Per order $ to match your seller account, then click Save.
  3. To add one, fill in Add a platform (for example Mercari, 10%, $0.50) and click Add platform.

When you record a sale and leave Platform fees blank, Hermes uses these rates. The percentage is applied to the item price plus shipping the buyer paid.
