What the moves do

  • Move to Listed asks for the list price and the platform, so fees are known by the time it sells, plus the listing link if you have it. They start filled in from the item or the Estimated Profit calculator. It also sets Date listed to today if it was blank, so listing age on the dashboard is right.
  • Record sale asks for the sale price, platform, date, and shipping, and works out the fees. See Record a sale.
  • Adding a part to a Bought or Returned item moves it to In repair, since you're working on it. Click Undo in the message at the top of the page to move it back.
  • Every move is saved in the item's history with the date and time.

You can also pick any status directly in Edit.
