Export your sales or items to a spreadsheet
Download every sale in a date range for taxes or your accountant, or every item you have.
- Open Reports and pick the date range (for example This year).
- Click Download sales (CSV) at the top right.
- Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
The file (named like hermes-sales-2026-01-01-to-2026-10-30.csv) has one row per sale with these columns:
Name, SKU, Sold date, Purchase date, Source, Category, Platform, Bin, Sale price, Shipping charged, Refunded, Revenue, Purchase price, Repair cost, Platform fees, Ad fees, Shipping cost, Net profit.
Download all your items
Download all items (CSV), next to it, has every item whatever its status (Bought, In repair, Listed, Sold, Returned, Written off) and ignores the date range. It's named like hermes-items-2026-10-31.csv, with one row per item: name, SKU, status, bin, category, buying details, total cost, listing and sale details, fees, net profit, shipping, notes, and the date it was added.
